04.28.13 Do not tap the glass

It's not entirely clear as to who is behind the glass. What is evident is that the window needs to be cleaned.

04.27.13 cousins

Four cousins walking down the aisle and another one on the side jokingly trying to trip them. They didn't fall for it - ba-dam-bap.

04.21.13 Second Line

Caught a wedding parade on our last night in New Orleans. Great way to finish a fantastic trip.

04.20.13 swamp tour

Susannah misunderstood our swamp tour director Capt. Mark. He said corn but she thought he said something that rhymes with that.

04.19.13 Pinned!

It's a New Orleans birthday tradition for people to pin dollars on birthday babies and Carla does not shy away.

04.18.13 ACME Oyster Bar

Standing in line for food. It was desperately needed at this point.

04.17.13 Wolfman

First night in New Orleans celebrating 40 years of Carla. Got to see a lot of great live music including Walter Wolfman Washington. He played nearly two hours before taking a break.

04.14.13 Les

I was shooting weather features at Sedgwick County Park when I saw this brick. We've talked a lot about Les this weekend. He was always a big help during Gridiron and we miss him greatly.

04.13.13 Art at the Arb

Great show at the Bartlett Arboretum during Art at the Arb. I rocked so hard an evil blood blister grew on my hand.

04.12.12 lazy day

All three of us needed a do-nothing day. I'm still trying to recover from my traveling. I better hurry because I'm off to New Orleans next week to celebrate my friend Carla's 40th birthday.

04.11.13 Bucky

Denise inspecting the latest Gridiron prop I made for the show. That's Bucky dancing in drag and it always gets a great laugh.

04.09.13 home

I missed this man, his cooking and the curious kitten in the sink.

04.08.13 headed home

That's some sweet and flat Kansas land underneath those clouds. I'll be glad to not fly for at least another eight days.

04.07.13 Allyson

Still in Atlanta and I got to catch up with Allyson, a friend I hadn't seen in almost 20 years. She's all grown up!

04.06.13 you decide

It was a great game that ended up in a 4 point loss for the Shockers. This moment happened in the final minute. These two tangled and a jump ball was called. Ron Baker said it should've been a foul because the Louisville player never had possession of the ball.

Here's one commentary on what happened.
