02.18.14 test pilot

He's pretty pumped up to see dad after he landed a Cessna Citation Latitude during its first flight.

02.17.14 the consummate performer

My man was pulled from the audience to do a bit at the circus. Carter fell on his buttocks after the clown lifted him off the ground and he slipped on the plastic tarp and onto the concrete. Thankfully my man is okay. He even got up and finished the bit.

02.07.14 mother's intuition

I heard Mara make a couple of strange mews in the middle of the night and I walked into the living room to see if she was stuck somewhere. Turns out she had caught her first mouse and it's tail was dangling out of her mouth.
We trapped it and set it free outside where we found a mousecicle this morning not far from where it was released. I sure hope that's the first and last mouse in our house. We sure are proud of her.

02.03.14 cancelled flight

We arrived at the airport just in time to find out that our flight had been cancelled. We were then booked on an early morning flight tomorrow. No biggie. One more day with Mary and we met a new friend, a professional clown.
